Occupational Health and Safety Risks

So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable (SFAIRP) is a legislative qualification that is well known to the law and found in a number of Statutes Worldwide and considered best practice.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Legislation establishes statutory duties of care and sets out the obligations of employers and other parties to Ensure safety in the workplace.

Duties to "Ensure" safety are qualified by the statement "So Far As Is Reasonably Practicable" ( SFAIRP).
