  • Rail Infrastructure Upgrades – Project coordination, contractor management and risk workshops on major network shutdowns and infrastructure upgrades
  • Materials Handling Systems – Delivery of upgrades and equipment replacement projects in operational environments with strict shutdown windows
  • Environmental Services Projects – Management of site installation works and plant commissioning, including contractor supervision and safety compliance
  • Industrial Facility Upgrades – Delivery of mechanical upgrade works in processing and manufacturing environments, involving procurement, subcontractor engagement and schedule control
  • RMS 1000T Silo – Henri was responsible for the Design Project Management of the recently completed RMS Silo at ADBRI working with McMahons under a D&C Contract.
