Smart Fabrication and fellow SA companies, Ingenia Engineering and Dematac Automation, put together the initial teaming agreement about two years ago.

Ingenia was nominated as part of a consortium, for their contribution to the Defence industry as a Finalist in this year’s DTC Teaming Award.
The consortium constating of Smart Fabrication, Dematec Automation, and Ingenia have provided a turnkey solution for the SEA5000 project and were awarded the contract for the design of the Pin Jig Wagons for the transportation of large ship pieces between workstations in February 2019.
